Section 1
Who SieTheX Is

SieTheX is an independent web design and development operation run as a sole proprietorship. SieTheX designs, builds, hosts, and maintains websites for small businesses and independent operators. This disclosure covers how data is handled across all SieTheX-built and managed web properties.

Section 2
What This Site Collects

The SieTheX website itself collects minimal information. If you use the contact form or estimator tool, the following may be submitted voluntarily:

This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry. It is not stored in a database, not added to a mailing list, and not shared with anyone.

Section 3
How SieTheX Handles Client Site Data

SieTheX builds and maintains websites for other businesses. When a visitor submits a form on one of those sites — a contact request, a service inquiry, a booking — here is exactly what happens:

SieTheX Does
  • Forward submissions to the business you contacted
  • Route data through secure delivery services
  • Build and maintain the form infrastructure
  • Notify the business owner of new inquiries
SieTheX Does Not
  • Store your submission independently
  • Sell or trade your information
  • Use your data for marketing
  • Share your info with any third party
  • Retain copies after delivery

SieTheX acts as the builder and operator of the infrastructure — not as a recipient or owner of the data passing through it.

Section 4
Phone Numbers

If you submit a phone number through a contact form on any SieTheX-built website, that number is forwarded directly to the business you are reaching out to. From SieTheX's perspective:

Your phone number is not stored, logged, sold, or shared by SieTheX. It goes to the business whose form you filled out — and only that business.

What that business does with your number after receiving it is their responsibility, not SieTheX's.

Section 5
Client Responsibility

Each business that operates a SieTheX-built website is responsible for their own data practices once information has been delivered to them. SieTheX has no visibility into or control over how a client business stores, uses, or protects the information they receive.

If you have questions about how a specific business handles your personal information, contact that business directly. SieTheX cannot answer on their behalf.

Section 6
SieTheX's Commitment to Clients

For businesses that hire SieTheX — your code, your content, and your customer data belong to you. SieTheX does not:

Upon full payment and publication, your deliverables are yours. If our engagement ends, you leave with everything.

Section 7
Third-Party Services

Some SieTheX-built sites use third-party tools to deliver form submissions — including email relay services, webhook integrations, or notification platforms. These services are used strictly for delivery. They are not granted permission to retain, analyze, or use submitted data for any other purpose.

SieTheX selects third-party tools with reasonable data handling practices and does not knowingly use services that sell user data.

Section 8
Cookies & Tracking

SieTheX does not use tracking cookies, analytics platforms, or advertising pixels on this site or on client sites unless explicitly requested and disclosed by the client. What you do on a SieTheX-built site stays between you and the business you're interacting with.

Section 9
Updates to This Disclosure

This disclosure may be updated as SieTheX's services evolve. The effective date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of any SieTheX-built site after an update constitutes acknowledgment of the revised terms.
